Training & Development

Building Libya’s Next Generation of Energy Professionals

Technology transfer without knowledge transfer is only half the job. Albatik delivers world-class technical training programs — spanning more than nine course categories — that turn platform deployments into lasting in-country capability.

The Service.

Every Albatik engagement includes structured knowledge transfer, but our training practice goes further: standalone professional development programs for operators, the National Oil Corporation ecosystem, research institutions, and universities. Courses are delivered by practicing engineers and certified platform instructors in Arabic and English, in Tripoli, at client sites or abroad and combine rigorous theory with hands-on work on live software and real Libyan datasets wherever confidentiality permits.

Delivery Formats

Public short courses dedicated to in-house or abroad programs, long-term competency development frameworks, and on-the-job training/coaching embedded within active projects. Each program concludes with formal assessment and certification of completion.
